SpecForge is a spec-driven compliance automation platform that transforms regulatory documents into executable specifications and provides continuous compliance validation for software development teams.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, using the service for illegal purposes, or interfering with the service's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all regulatory documents and code you upload. SpecForge retains ownership of the platform, including its algorithms, models, and generated specification templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpecForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any compliance failures, audit outcomes, or decisions made based on the platform's output. You are responsible for verifying all compliance results.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Paid subscriptions will follow the refund policy outlined at signup.
